Good first box, fast delivery
Got the first Club Cheepo box. Wines were decent. Shipping was quick, got here in 4 days. Easy setup. No complaints overall for the price.
Good value, some room for improvement
I signed up for the Monthly Wine Delivery, mostly for the convenience. The wines in the Red Wine Box were generally good, a couple were quite nice for the price I paid. The selection felt well-curated, not just random bottles. Delivery was usually on time, within 5-6 days, which is perfectly fine. My main gripe is that one month, the delivery notification came after the box arrived, so it sat on my porch for a few hours in the heat, not ideal for wine. When I contacted support about it, they were helpful and noted my feedback. For the cost and convenience, it's a solid service, but better delivery communication would make it even better. Still, I plan to continue my subscription.
